Central Office Code Reports

Below are available CO Code reports.

• Central Office Code Availability Report - Provides an up-to-date list of central office codes available for assignment by NPA.
  
  Effective May 19, 2007, pooling set-aside codes are now included on the list of available codes.
• Central Office Code Utilized Report - Provides an up-to-date list of central office codes assigned or unavailable for assignment by NPA.
  
  Effective May 19, 2007, pooling set-aside codes have been removed from the list of utilized codes.
• Central Office Code Assignment Records - Provides a daily updated listing of assigned, available and unavailable central office codes by NPA in a downloadable format.
  
  Effective May 19, 2007, pooling set-aside codes appearing in the Text file are now included in the list of available codes rather than the list of utilized codes. For the Excel files, pooling set aside codes appear as available for assignment.
• Central Office Code Assignment Activity Records - Provides monthly the Central Office Code assignment activity for each NPA.
  
  Effective with the May 2007 report, the quantity of pooling set aside codes are included in the total quantity of "available" codes rather than the total quantity of "unavailable" codes.
• Part 3 Disconnect Report (xls) - Provides a daily list of central office codes with a pending disconnect date.
• Central Office Code Activity Status Report - Provides the total number of new applications processed by NANPA by month for each state, including assignments, denials, changes and return requests.
• Grandfathered Codes Potentially Involved in Number Portability (xls) - Provides a list of grandfathered central office codes that may potentially be in an area where number portability has been implemented. (posted Oct. 15, 2003)
