1. Per NANPA records, the numbering resource is not assigned as of December 31 for the February 1 NRUF reporting period and June 30 for the August 1 NRUF reporting period. Service Providers should refer to the Part 3 approval date rather than the effective date to determine if the resource must be reported if it was recently returned. If the resource was assigned after the “as of” date, service providers do not need to report on the NPA-NXX or NPA-NXX-X until the next reporting period.
2. If you are the CO code holder reporting on a pooled code, you must report on all ten thousands-blocks. For any thousands-block that has been donated to the pool and is no longer assigned to or retained by your OCN, enter an “X” in the “Donated to Pool” column on the U1 form.
